Seema Das PT, DPT, Cert. MDT, is an experienced physical therapist with more than 15 years of expertise in outpatient orthopedic and rehabilitative care. She specializes in providing comprehensive physical therapy services focused on improving patient function, mobility, and overall well-being.

Dr. Das earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and undergraduate degree in Life Sciences with a concentration in Physical Therapy from the New York Institute of Technology and is a licensed Physical Therapist in New York State.

Dr. Das has extensive experience in outpatient orthopedic care. She is certified in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT), a specialized approach focused on the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, particularly spine and extremity pain. Through this evidence-based method, she helps patients better understand their symptoms, improve movement patterns, and achieve long-term pain management and functional recovery. Dr Das is able to empower patients to take charge of their pain and get back to the life they deserve. She is passionate about helping patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and return to their daily activities with confidence.

In addition to adult rehabilitation, Dr. Das has experience treating pediatric patients. She is known for her compassionate approach, strong communication skills, and dedication to providing exceptional care tailored to each patient’s goals.

Dr. Das is committed to lifelong learning and staying current with the latest evidence-based treatment approaches to provide the highest quality care for her patients. She is currently working toward achieving Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification to further expand her expertise in orthopedic rehabilitation.
